职场环境下高职英语课程建设之通用职场英语研究

摘　　要：英语作为高职教育中的一个基础性学科,应充分体现高等职业教育的特点,最大限度地满足高职人才培养的需要,促进基础英语与职业英语对接融合发展,推动高职学生在"工作"与"学习"一体化综合发展过程中尽快适应职场环境,成为社会需要的应用型、复合型人才。文章阐述了高职职场英语教学的历史和现状,分析了当前高职通用职场英语教学存在的主要问题,提出了有针对性的对策措施。English,as a basic subject in higher vocational education,should fully reflect the characteristics of higher vocational education,meet the needs of higher vocational education,promote the integrated development of basic English and professional English,and enhance the development of vocational college students in the ＂ work＂ and ＂learning＂ process,make them as soon as possible adapt to the workplace environment,become practical compound talent who can meet the social needs. This paper expounds the history and present situation of vocational English teaching in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the main problems existing in the current English teaching and puts forward some countermeasures.
