深化高校管理类专业实验教学改革的思考

摘　　要：在简要回顾我国高校管理类专业实验教学建设进程的基础上,首先分析了管理类专业实验教学建设中存在的问题,集中体现在实验课程体系欠合理、实验课程以验证性实验为主、实验课程内容流于形式、实验课程建设各自为战以及实验课程教师普遍缺乏实践经验等方面,然后分别从学校和教学单位两个层面剖析了管理类专业实验教学建设中的制约因素,最后提出了深化管理类专业实验教学改革的对策建议,即学校应加强实验教学建设的总体规划,教学单位应加强实验教学建设的组织与实施。On the basis of reviewing the construction process of experiment teaching in the field of management,this paper first analyzing the problems demanding prompt solution which is embodied in the lack of reasonable curriculum system,centering on replication experiment,becoming a mere formality,each unit building its own system as well as teachers being short of practical experience in practice teaching,then this paper gives an explanation of the restraining factors in the construction of practice teaching based on two dimensions of the university authorities and teaching organizations. The paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on deepening the reform of practice teaching in the special field of economics and management,to be specific,the university should strengthen the overall planning and the teaching units should reinforce the organization and implementation.
