摘　　要：在校企合作模式下,模具人才培养方案须结合合作企业的生产产品,以塑料模、压铸模、冲压模三大模具设计与制造为培养方向,突出培养学3C1O的核心职业能力,围绕4大能力模块构建课程体系。Under the school enterprise cooperation model,mold talent training scheme should combine with products of cooperating enterprises,take design and manufacturing of three molds as training direction,cultivate core vocational ability of 3C1O and build modules curriculum system construction around 4 ability.
