摘  要:目的:探讨契约教学法在高职护生《外科护理学》实训教学中的应用效果。方法:高职护生96人为对照组,94人为实验组,在《外科护理学》实训教学中,对照组采用传统教学法,实验组采用契约教学法。结果:两组在理论成绩、实践成绩、教学满意度方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:契约教学法能提高护生学习成绩、教学满意度。Objective: to discuss the application effect of contract teaching method in Surgical Nursing. Method: 96 nursing students as the control group(adopting traditional teaching method), 94 as experimental group(adopting contract teaching method) in practical teaching of Surgical Nursing. Result: the difference of the two groups in theory achievement, practice achievement and teaching satisfaction has statistical significance(P〈 0.05). Conclusion: contract teaching method can improve the learning achievement and teaching satisfaction of nursing students.
