摘  要:为探讨绿汁发酵液、糖蜜和纤维素酶对杂交狼尾草青贮饲料品质的影响。试验设对照组、绿汁发酵液组、糖蜜组及纤维素酶组,常温下青贮60 d后开窖取样,测定其发酵品质与化学成分。结果显示:相较于对照组,添加糖蜜可显著降低杂交狼尾草青贮饲料的p H值(P<0.05),提高了乳酸、丙酸和干物质含量(P<0.05);添加纤维素酶可显著降低杂交狼尾草青贮饲料的半纤维素、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量(P<0.05),提高可溶性碳水化合物和粗蛋白含量(P<0.05)。表明添加糖蜜和纤维素酶均可显著改善杂交狼尾草的青贮品质。This experiment was carried out to study the effects of adding fermented juice of epiphytic lactic acid bacteria(FJLB),cellulose enzyme and molasses on the fermentation quality of hybrid pennisetum silage. There were 4 groups including control,FJLB,molasses and cellulase,three duplicatesin each group. After 60 days fermentation,the qualities were analyzed.The results showed that the fermentations were improved by molasses and cellulose enzyme. Addition of molasses significantly reduced the p H value and the ammonia nitrogen content of the hybrid pennisetum silage(P〈0.05),and improved the lactic acid content,propionic acid and the recovery rate of dry matter(P〈0.05);the addition of cellulose enzyme significantly declined the hemicellulose, the neutral detergent fiber and the acid detergent fiber(P〈0.05),at the same time,improved the soluble carbohydrate and protein content(P〈0.05).It was concluded that the addition of molasees and cellulase could improve the silage guality of hybrid pennisetum significantly.
