摘 要:基于缓解交通压力的考虑,南京纬三路过江通道工程盾构隧道内部采用双层车道结构。由于隧道内部空间狭小,施工组织困难,工期要求紧,因此工程采用预制结构。首先现浇车道板立柱和车道纵梁(含牛腿),然后预制上层车道板,并安放在车道纵梁牛腿上,焊接车道纵梁和车道板预留钢筋并进行浇筑以形成整体。为了验证隧道内部双层车道预制化结构的承载能力,对其进行了荷载试验,结果表明内部车道结构刚度和承载能力均满足设计要求。大直径盾构隧道内部预制结构是一种创新的设计和施工方法,可实现节约投资造价、节省工期等社会经济效益。To ease traffic pressure, a double-decked traffic lane structure is to be adopted for the Nanjing Weisan Road fiver-crossing tunnel. However, in light of the defined tunnel space, difficulties with construction organization and a tight work schedule, prefabricated structures are to be used in this project. Specifically, the columns and the longitudinal beams (including brackets) will be cast in situ at first, then the upper traffic lane slabs will be prefabri- cated and installed on the longitudinal beams with the brackets, and finally the reserved steel bars of the longitudi- nal beams will be welded and concreted to the traffic lane slabs. To verify the bearing capacity of the prefabricated structure, a load test was carried out showing that the integral rigidity and the bearing capacity of the structure both meet the design requirements. Thus, it is determined that adopting a prefabricated structure in a large-diameter shield tunnel is an innovative design and construction method, which can not only save construction costs, but also shorten construction time.
