摘 要:针对多轴驱动车辆之油气悬架系统对多轴转向性能的影响,建立了基于连通式油气悬架的多轴车辆转向系统耦合模型。应用MATLAB/Simulink仿真分析了油气悬架系统的几个主要参数对多轴转向系统侧倾特性的影响,得出了悬架系统参数中悬架液压缸有杆腔横截面积对多轴转向特性有比较明显的影响、蓄能器公称充气体积和初始压力也对多轴转向特性有一定影响的结论。分析结果表明,适当配置油气悬架系统参数、进一步研究油气悬架与多轴转向的耦合特性,也是提高多轴车辆转向系统侧倾特性的一个技术方法。In view of the influence of the hydro-pneumatic suspension system of the multi-axis vehicle on its multi-axis steering performance, the paper established the coupling model of the steering system of the multiaxis vehicle based on interconnect hydro-pneumatic suspension. It applied MATLAB/Simulink to simulate and analyze the influence of several main parameters of the hydro-pneumatic suspension on the rolling performance of the multi-axis steering system, and obtained the cross-section area of the rod cavity of the suspension cylinder had significant influence on the multi-axis steering performance, the nominal charge volume and the initial pressure of the accumulator had some influence on it. Analysis results showed that suitable parametric configuration of the hydro-pneumatic suspension system and further study on the hydro-pneumatic suspension and the multi-axis steering coupling performance were the technical methods of enhancing the rolling performance of the steering system of the multi-axis vehicle.
