摘　　要：《生物化学》是生命科学类本科专业的一门重要基础课程。教师答疑是《生物化学》课程教学必要环节,传统的答疑方式受时间、空间等多方面因素制约,随着网络的普及以及教育技术的发展,课程网站的建设越来越受到高校的重视。在《生物化学》课程网站中构建一个教师答疑即师生互动平台能很好突破这些制约并提高课程教学效果。Biochemistry is an important basic course for undergraduate majors of life science. Question answering is necessary for course teaching. However,traditional way for questions answering is restricted by many factors such as time and place. With the popularization of network and the development of education technology,the website construction for professional courses has beening paid more and more attention in the universities of China. Constructing a question answering platform on which teacher-student interaction can conduct in the course website of Biochemistry broke through these restriction factors and improved teaching effect. This paper gives a brief description of the problem Practice and experience of website online question answering of the Biochemistry.
