摘　　要：随着我国新型城镇化建设的不断推进,农村转移劳动力职业教育研究成为近年来理论研究的热点。目前,学术界对城镇化背景下农村转移劳动力职业教育的研究已经形成了一定程度的积累,因此,有必要回顾这一领域的相关研究。通过归纳分析城镇化背景下农村转移劳动力职业教育的理论研究成果,旨在厘清其研究的发展脉络,梳理其理论框架,展望其理论发展方向,从而为进一步构建适应我国城镇化发展的农村转移劳动力职业教育体系奠定基础。With the advancement of urbanization construction in China,researches on the rural transference labor force vocational education have been attracting the attention of academia in recent years. At present,the academia has formed a certain degree of accumulation theory of rural transference labor force vocational education,and now it is necessary to review the related researches of this field. In this article,through inductive analysis of the rural transference labor force vocational education under the background of urbanization,the purpose of this paper is to clarify the research development,comb its theoretical framework,point out the direction of research and development,in order to further lay the foundation of rural transference labor force vocational education which could adapt to the development of urbanization in our country.
