医学生人文素质教育培养体系路径选择的探析

摘　　要：随着社会快速发展和医学社会化的加速,使人们的道德情感、价值取向面临严峻挑战。为了适应这种变化,加强医学生人文素质教育,是现代医学教育的必然要求,是培养现代优秀的医学人才的需要。因此,更新医学人文素质教育改革发展思路,重新调整医学人文素质教育课程目标体系,努力深化高等医学教育改革,在教学实践中完善医学生人文素质教育,是培养出适应时代需求的,高素质医药卫生优秀人才关键。With the rapid development of society and the acceleration of medical socialization, people ＇s moral feeling and value orientation are facing severe challenges. In order to adapt to the change, strengthening the humanistic quality education of medical students is the necessary requirement of the modern medical education, and is the need of cultivating modern outstanding medical talents. Therefore, renewing the reformation and development of thinking in medical humanities quality education, readjusting the medical humanities education curriculum goal system, striving to deepen the reformation of higher medical education, improving the quality of medical students in the teaching practice, which is the key in cultivating high quality medical talents in times.
