摘　　要：教学监控是提高教学质量的有效手段,作为高校教学管理的一个重要部分,对教学质量保障的积极作用已经被普遍认可。某高校根据自身工作实践提出了监控体系的构建原则,教学质量监控体系的构成要素以及各要素的内涵,并对今后教学质量监控工作的开展提出了思考。The teaching quality monitoring is an effective way to improve the quality of teaching. As an important part of college teaching management, its positive effect on the teaching quality guarantee system has been generally recognized. Based on working practice of a certain university, they brought forward a construction principle of monitoring system, the elements of the teaching quality monitoring system and the connotation of each element, and put forward the reflection on the development of the monitoring of teaching quality in the future.
