《内经》“中气不足溲便为之变”的应用体会

摘　　要：目的强调"补中益气"法在中气不足所致二便异常疾病治疗中的作用。方法通过病案举例,介绍"补中益气"法在中气不足所致二便异常疾病治疗中的应用,明确作者的观点。结果应用"补中益气"法治疗中气不足所致二便异常疾病疗效较佳。结论运用"补中益气"法,为治疗本病扩宽了思路。Objective To emphasize the function of ＂ invigorating spleen-stomach and replenishing qi method＂ in the treatment of middle jiao qi deficiency leading to urine and defecation change diseases. Methods Through case examples, we introduced the ＂ invigorating spleen-stomach and replenishing qi method＂ in the treatment of middle jiao qi deficiency leading to urine and defecation change diseases, and clarified the point of view. Results The ＂ invigorating spleen-stomach and replenishing qi method＂ in the treatment of middle jiao qi deficiency leading to urine and defecation change diseases had better therapeutic effect. Conclusion Using ＂ invigorating spleen-stomach and replenishing qi method＂ in the treatment of middle jiao qi deficiency leading to urine and defecation change diseases as guideline, the thinking of treatment for this disease can be broadened.
