摘  要:在主轴高速旋转的情况下,为了测量主轴负载条件下的回转精度及动刚度,利用液压缸推力大的原理,设计一种多自由度液压加载实验台。该试验台有多个自由度,能够实现在多个方向加载,利用液压泵和溢流阀方便调节力的大小。该实验台可广泛应用于车床等机床的性能检测。In the case of high speed rotating spindle, a multi?DOF hydraulic load experimental station was designed to measure the spindle rotation accuracy and the dynamic stiffness under load conditions, applying the theory that hydraulic cylinder had a large thrust. Since the experimental station had multi?DOF, it could be used to multi?directional load, its hydraulic pump and relief valve al?so could be used to change the loading force easily. The experimental station can be widely used in performance test of lathes and other machine tools.
