摘　　要：该案从城市设计的角度出发,通过对地域文脉和企业文化的深层感知,发掘出可物化的设计策略;并且运用基于设计层面的有效路径操作,来整合场地所属的各项环境要素,最后建构出一个在现代语境下具有独特识别性和内在协调性的文化创意产业园。From the aspect of city design, the idea design of innovation park of Nanjing Yongyin Culture has discovered several materialized strategies which can be applied to the processing of design via deep-seated comprehension of the district context and enterprise culture. Using effective operational procedures based on the designing facet to integrate the environmental elements affiliated to the site, we finally have constructed a creative industry park of culture innovation, which strongly shows its distinctive specialty and inner unity under the modern architectural mood.
