甲状旁腺瘤术后再发甲状旁腺癌1例报道并文献复习

摘　　要：报道中南大学湘雅医院1例因"慢性骨骼疼痛20余年,肾功能衰竭2年,发现颈部肿块1月余"入院的女性患者,该患者既往曾因同一部位"甲状旁腺腺瘤"接受2次颈部肿块切除术,病情控制不佳。予施行颈部肿块及甲状旁腺全部切除术后,病理检查显示颈部肿块及所有甲状旁腺均发生癌变。通过分析该病例的临床特点,并系统回顾甲状旁腺癌相关文献资料,总结甲状旁腺癌的现状及诊断治疗方案。One case report of a middle aged female complaining ＂chronic bone pain for 20 years,renal failure for two years,detectable neck mass for a month＂admitted by Xiangya hospital. The patient had once received neck mass resections in the same position twice due to ＂parathyroid adenoma＂,the state of the disease was poorly controlled. After the resection of the neck mass and all the parathyroid glands,the pathological diagnosis of the neck mass and the resected parathyroid glands are all turned out to be malignant. Through analyzing the clinical features of the case and systematically reviewing relevant literatures,we try to figure out the current situation and the diagnosis and treatment scheme for parathyroid carcinoma.
