摘  要:基于球塞泵的工作特点,阐述了圆轨偏心径向球塞泵的结构原理,推导了球塞运动的参数方程,进而推导出了单列球塞的脉动表达式,并进一步研究了球塞多数量时与球塞泵的流量脉动的关系。通过Matlab软件仿真探明了单列球塞泵的脉动率和脉动噪音频率在定偏心距时与球塞数目的关系,为球塞泵性能的提升奠定了理论基础,进一步推动球塞泵的发展。Based on the working characteristics of ball pump,the structure principle of double eccentric radial ball pump was expounded in this paper,the parameter equation of ball motion and the expression in the pulse of the single row ball plug were deduced,and then the ball number with the flow pulsation of the pump was further studied. The relationship between pulse rate and pulse frequency noise of single row ball pump with the number of ball plug was simulated and proved by using Matlab. The relationship will promote the performance of ball pump and laid the theoretical foundation,further promote the development of the ball piston pump.
