摘　　要：在高等医学院校的中医专业开设西医课程,是我国中医学教育的创新。中医专业医学生的西医内科实习是医学理论学习和临床工作相连接的重要环节。带教老师引领学生将医学理论知识与临床实践活动全面相结合,帮助医学生构建合理的临床医学框架,培养综合素质,为今后走向临床一线工作奠定坚实的基础。文章就如何做好中医本科学生西医内科实习带教工作发表观点。It is a kind of innovation to establish western medicine course in the department of Chinese Medicine of Chinese Medicine colleges. For Chinese Medicine students, Internal Medicine Practice in Western Medicine is the important link between medical theory and clinical practice. Teachers should lead students to combine medical theory and clinical practice and help them to construct reasonable medical framework, culture comprehensive quality in order to built firm basis on clinic work in the future. The objection of our paper is to summary the experiences and reflections on teaching Chinese Medicine students the Internal Medicine Practice in Western Medicine.
