摘 要:力量训练在青少年短跑训练中占有很重要的位置,是运动员运动素质的基础,也是运动损伤预防与康复的基石。力量训练方法手段不当会造成青少年运动损伤,影响运动员的成绩发挥以及运动寿命。本文旨在根据青少年短跑力量发展的特征和训练的特点,通过合适的力量训练对运动损伤进行预防及康复。Strength training occupies an important position in the strength training of juvenile sprinters, and is the foundation of the sport quality of athletes, as well as the cornerstone of the prevention and rehabilitation of sports injuries. Improper methods and means of strength training will cause youngsters' sports injuries,and affect their sports performance and sports life span. This paper aims to carry out the prevention and rehabilitation of sports injuries through proper strength training in accordance with the characteristics of the strength development of youngsters' sprint and the characteristics of their training.
