摘  要:针对隔振器和传统的限位器配套使用时会产生二次冲击的问题,基于力的合成法则,设计了一种新型恒力限位装置,建立了相应的恒力限位隔冲系统模型,分析了限位器安装间隙和恒力值对系统抗冲击性能的影响,并与线性限位隔冲系统、无限位线性隔冲系统的冲击响应进行了对比。参数影响分析结果表明对于某一确定的安装间隙,存在一个最优恒力值使得恒力限位隔冲系统的缓冲系数最小。冲击响应的对比分析表明新型恒力限位隔冲系统比传统的线性限位隔冲系统和无限位线性隔冲系统具有更好的抗冲击性能。In order to solve secondary impact problem of vibration isolator accompanied with traditional displacement restrictor, a novel constant-force displacement restrictors was developed based on force resultant rule. A shock isolation system with constant-force displacement restrictors was established. Anti-shock performance of the system was analyzed using the simulation approach for vibrations in assembled clearance of displacement restrictors and constant-force. Besides, shock response of the system was compared with shock isolation system for with and without linear displacement restrictors. The parametric influence analysis of the constant-force displacement restrictors shows that for a certain assembled clearance, there is an optimal constant-force value which can make buffer coefficient of the system minimum. The comparative analysis proves that a shock isolation system with constant-force displacement restrictors provides better shock isolation performance than a shock isolation system with or without linear displacement restrictors.
