摘  要:通过校内产学研结合人才培养模式的改革,从专任教师"导师制"一体化培养、效仿美国加州大学设置"个人课程"、建立本科生产学研培养专项基金、搭建平台促进科技成果产业化4个方面努力培养学生的创新能力,提高学生的综合素质,满足用人单位的当前需求。此举具有重要的现实意义,为经济社会的发展和科技进步做出应有贡献,为煤矿专业人才培养模式的建立和实施提供借鉴与参考,为我校的四大工程建设和工程教育改革工作提供合理化建议和方案,为突出我校大矿业特色,实现培养卓越工程人才的目标做出积极贡献。Through the reform of the talents training mode in the university 4 aspects of cultivating of full-time teachers "mentoring" integration, setting “personal course” by following the example of the University of California, establishing special cultivation fund of the combination of production and research for undergraduates, building platform to promote the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements to cultivate students‘ innovation ability, improve students comprehensive quality, meet the current needs of the employing units. It has important practical significance, which makes due contribution to the development of economy and society and the progress of science and technology, provides reference for the establishment and implementation of the training mode of coal mine professional talents, provides rationalization proposals and solutions for the four major projects and engineering education reform in our university and makes positive contribution to highlight the characteristics of our school's largest mining and achieve the goal of training outstanding engineering talents.
