摘　　要：俗话"榜样的力量是无穷的"正面临着诸多现实问题的严峻挑战。因此,俗话需要新说。在现实中,医德榜样固有的正能量要转化为巨大的激励力量,必须遵循客观规律,即必须具备贤者、思贤者、齐贤生态三要素,抓住人是目的这一本质,并在医德他律与自律相互作用中,通过"举贤—见贤—思贤—齐贤"的榜样影响力管理机制自主、充分地实现。屠呦呦获得诺贝尔生理学或医学奖,为深入研究"见贤思齐"的古训并在医德实践中构建常态的高效的榜样——激励机制提供了一个新的范本。The proverb that ＂a role model has boundless power＂ is facing many practical challenges. Therefore, the proverb needs new interpretation. In reality, in order to transit the intrinsic energy of role modeling of medical ethics into huge practical incentives power, the objective principles must be followed, namely, the ecosystem with three elements of being a sage, want to become a sage and cultivating a sage must be built. Meanwhile, it is necessary to grasp the essence of ＂man is the end itself＂. With the interaction of heteronomy and self-discipline in medical ethics, the management mechanism model of ＂recommend a sage--see a sage--want to become a sage--be a sage＂ should be established. That Tu Youyou won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine provides a new model for in-depth research of the old adage of ＂see a sage and want to become a sage＂, and constructing normal efficient incentive mechanism in medical ethics practice.
