职业技能竞赛对高职专业教学的影响探析——以苏州经贸学院国际贸易实务专业为例

摘　　要：苏州经贸学院将专业教学与组织学生参加各级各类技能竞赛有机结合,有效促进了高素质技能型专门人才培养,并对学院国际贸易实务专业建设产生了积极而深远的影响,主要体现在:为培养实用技能型人才提供了有效平台,推动专业师资队伍建设水平不断提高,促进专业人才培养方案不断完善,为校企合作发展提供了新契机,为课程考评体系建设提供了有益借鉴。Suzhou Institute of Trade and Commerce organiclly combinates professional teaching and organizing students to participate in various skills competitions, this has effectively promoted the cuhivation of high - quality skilled talents, and has gained a positive and important impact on construction of international trade major. The impact mainly shows as the followings ： firstly, to provide an effective platform for cultivating practical talents, secondly, to improve construction level of professional teachers team,thirdly, to continuously perfect the plan of training talents, forthly, to provide new opportunities for the development of School - enterprise cooperation. Finally,to provide a useful reference for the construction of curriculum evaluation system.
