摘　　要：成人质变学习是成人所特有的一种学习形式,在当今社会中的作用日益凸显。成人只有不断地审视和更新原有价值观念和知识经验,才能适应现实社会的各种变化。成人质变学习具有情景性、自主性、交互性、探索性、批判性和差异性等特点。因此,成人教育教师应该主动适应成人质变学习要求,突出学员中心地位、营造适切教学氛围与提高教育教学素质,在教育教学过程中进行新的角色定位,充当引导者、疏导者、对话者、合作者、反思者与整合者。Adult transformative learning is a specific learning form of adults and plays an important role nowadays. Only by constant study and progress in views and experiences,can adults adapt to various changes in the real society. Adult transformative learning has some characteristics of scenario,autonomy, interaction, exploration, criticalness and difference,therefore, the teachers should change their roles and act as guide,dredge,interlocutors,partners,reflectors and integrators in the course of teaching,trying to meet the requirements of adult transformative learning initiatively,highlight the central position of the learners,create appropriate teaching atmosphere,and improve teaching quality.
