高职院校辅导员队伍现状调查分析——以北京财贸职业学院为例

摘　　要：辅导员队伍是大学生成长和成才的重要保证,是促进高校思想政治教育工作的中坚力量。高等职业教育的快速发展和改革深入,使得高职院校学生工作的范围进一步扩展,内容不断丰富,辅导员工作岗位对知识和能力要求越来越高。对辅导员队伍开展调查研究,可以进一步了解其职业认同、工作现状和职业发展难题,对症下药,解决辅导员队伍的稳定问题,探索辅导员队伍的专业化、职业化途径,从而促进职业院校的学生教育管理和人才培养。Counselor team was the important guarantee of college students＇ growth and success, and the back- bone force to promote ideological and political education work in colleges. The rapid development and reform of higher vocational education has further expended the scope of the work of students in higher vocational college, and constantly enriched the content. There are increasingly high demand for the knowledge and ability of counselor team. Professional identity, job status and career development problems could be further understood through carry- ing out investigation and study of counselor team. Stability problems of the counselor team were solved afterwards. We should explore the professional way of the counselor team to promote the education management and personnel training of vocational college students.
