高校奖、助学金育人功能挖掘及实现路径

摘　　要：对于高校贫困生的资助工作一直是党中央、国务院高度重视的关键问题,特别是近年来对各类高校贫困生资助政策的出台,无论是奖学金、助学金、助学贷款还是减免相关费用等政策体系,奖、助学金金额总数越来越大,受资助学生越来越广。然而,对于奖、助学金的育人功能研究相对滞后,特别是如何从激励、导向和资助上来发挥奖、助学金的教育功能,从精神层面、心理层面、责任层面来推进德育工作的有序实施。建立奖、助学金科学评选标准,从育人功能的路径探索上增强贫困学生人生观的形成就显得尤为迫切。The CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach the great importance to poor students＇ fund in colleges and universities. Supporting policies to the poor students are published in recent years. While the research on the scholarships ＆ grants educational function relatively lags, especially on how to motivate, guide, and fund to make full use of the educational function. And this paper discusses the implementation of the moral education from the aspect of spirit, psychology and responsibility. It＇s helpful for the formation of students＇ view of life to standardize scholarships ＆ grants scientific selection and search the educational function path.
