摘 要:主要探索生丝电子检测设备的软件部分。根据国际标准中各类疵点的定义,建立各类疵点的识别方法,并编写相应的计算机识别程序。在建立各类疵点的识别方法时,根据疵点的出现方式,分别建立通用识别方法与特殊识别方法。在特殊识别方法中分别采用了百分比法和疵点定义法来建立相应的计算机识别算法及识别程序;通过对这两种识别算法的识别结果进行分析,并比对两种识别算法适用情况,可以认为两种识别方法各有利弊,在实际的生丝电子检测中,将这两个准则结合起来使用,相互取长补短,更能符合生丝实际检验的效果。This research mainly explores the software part of the electronic testing equipment for raw silk. According to the definition of various types of defects prescribed in the ISO standards, various methods to identify various types of defects was built, and the corresponding computer recognition programs were written. When establishing the defect recognition methods, general recognition method and specific recognition method according to defect appearance modes was developed. In the specific recognition method, percentage method and defect definition method were applied to establish corresponding computer recognition algorithm and recognition program. By analyzing the recognition results of the two recognition methods and their applicable situations, it's concluded that both methods have their advantages and disadvantages, and it's better to incorporate these two methods together in the actual electronic testing for raw silk so as to conform to actual raw silk testing.
