摘  要:目的:调查分析有留守经历的大学生的心理健康状况,设计对策方案,为有留守经历大学生的心理健康教育和咨询提供有针对性思路和方法。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90量表)对S大学2011~2014级学生进行抽样问卷调查。结果:有留守经历组SCL-90测试阳性率明显高于无留守经历组,比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);有留守经历组女生SCL-90测试阳性率高于无留守经历组,比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);有留守经历组人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖4个因子得分均高于无留守经历组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:留守经历对大学生的心理健康产生了一定程度的影响,学校心理健康教育工作应进一步加强对有留守经历学生等特殊群体的关注,有针对性的采取相关措施,帮助学生构建和谐完善的人格素养,提升心理健康水平。Objective: To research the mental health of college freshmen with left-behind experience and to design countermeasures program in order to provide targeted ideas and practices for left-behind college students' psychological health education and consulting.Method: Subjective symptom-check-list-90 scale was used in students of 2011 to 2014 grade in S college.Result: The positive rate of SCL-90 test in the left-behind experience group was higher than that in the non left-behind experience group, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.01 ) .The girls' positive rate of SCL-90 test in the left-behind experience group was higher than that in the non left-behind experience group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01) .The scores of interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and terror in the left-behind experience group were higher than those in the non left-behind experience group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.01) . Conclusion: Left-behind experience has some influence on college students' psychological health.Psychological health education of college shall strengthen the focus on the special groups such as left-behind students.Related measures shall be taken in order to help students to build a harmonious perfect personal quality and enhance the level of mental health.
