主成分分析法在军校学员综合素质评价中的应用

摘　　要：针对传统评价方法中的一些不合理因素,利用主成分分析法探讨了军校学员的综合素质评价问题.首先将多维空间降维得到线性无关的几个主成分,然后对样本点进行综合处理,对学员综合能力素质进行排序,最后给出具体应用案例.与传统评价方法相比,该方法更加真实客观地反映出学员的综合能力素质.这为提高军校教育的质量提供了参考.Directing at some unreasonable factors with respect to the traditional assessment method, this paper discusses how to assess the cadets comprenctl^vc ~a.~： ~ r ~ Firstly, this paper gets a few linear independent principal components by lowering the dimension of the multi-dimensional space, and then synthesizes the sampling points and sort for the cadets＇ comprehensive ability and quality, and finally, gives out the applications of specific cases. Compared to the traditional assessment methods, this proposed one can reflect the cadets＇ comprehensive quality even more truly and objectively, which provides a refererce for improving the education quality of military academies.
