基于蚌埠高校的教师心理健康现状调查及分析

摘　　要：对蚌埠地区四所高校教师的心理健康水平进行现状调查,探索高校教师心理健康的影响因素,旨在提出提升其心理健康水平的对策和建议。研究结果表明:蚌埠地区高校教师在问卷总分、总平均分、阳性项目数、阳性项目及绝大部分因子上的得分均高于全国常模。通过对高校教师心理健康影响因素的分析,提出干预高校教师心理健康水平的有效策略,即坚持自我心理健康教育、提升自我管理能力、提高教师社会地位、开展教师心理咨询以及心理健康知识专题讲座。The mental health status of teachers was investigated in four universities in Bengbu, and the current situation was explored of influencing factors and intervention strategies of college teachers＇ psychological health. Research conclusions includes of college teachers in the total score, the total score, positive items and the number of positive items are higher than the national norm. The discussion was put forward to the effective strategies for the intervention of mental health level of college teachers such as persisting in the mental health education, improving the ability of self management, improving the social status of teachers, carrying out regular teacher＇s mental health knowledge lectures and consulting activities.
