摘  要:产业学院是产学合作培养技术技能型人才的一种有效探索,具有功能目的服务性、办学模式合作性和教学内容职业性的特点。人才培养理念、制度选择集合和制度服务需求等方面的改变是其形成的重要条件,多方利益契合和地方政府推动是其形成的直接动力。当前产学合作培养技术技能型人才的前提条件日趋成熟,政府应不失时机地完善相关政策措施,更好地助推产学合作培养技术技能型人才模式推广发展。Industrial college is a kind of effective exploration of the human resource training by the production and teaching cooperation, which has service, cooperative and professional characteristics. The changes in the human resource training concept, the system choice and the service demand are important conditions for the formation of the system, and it is the direct motive force for the formation of the multi-interests and local governments. The condition of the human resource training by the production and teaching cooperation becomes more and more mature, the government must seize the opportunity to improve relevant policies and measures, better boost the human resource training mode by the production and teaching cooperation of industrial college.
