摘　　要：研究和探索性实验教学是培养高质量人才的重要手段,它可加强和巩固学生的专业知识,可培养学生的科研和创新能力。如何根据现有的实验条件、当地的地理环境和资源开展探索性实验教学是值得探讨的问题。在我院的脊椎动物学的实验教学中,根据现有条件,充分利用当地的动物资源,既开设比较观察和解剖实验,也设计一系列与当地的地理环境和资源、当前研究热点和地方经济发展中的实际问题相关的,以物种多样性和动物行为观察为核心的探索性实验。这些实验显著地提高了学生学习的积极性,有助于学生掌握动物学的基础知识,而且还使学生们得到良好的科研训练,提高他们解决实际问题的能力和科研创新能力。The exploratory teaching in experiment has the greatest importance as an educational method for the training of the high quality students. It can help the students in learning the expertise as well as their ability in the scientific study and innovation. It is worth noting the question of that how to conduct the exploratory teaching based on the current experimental condition, local environment and resources. According to this requirement, a series of exploratory experiments,which aim to describing the species diversity and the animals ＇behaviors,have been designed in the experimental teaching of vertebrate zoology. Experiments are closely related to the local environment and animal resources,current research hotspots,and the problems in the development of local economy. These experimental programs are of practical and academic significance,and have greatly enhanced the students ＇ studying initiative,improved the capacity in resolving the practical problems and trained their innovative ability.
