摘  要:体验式教学模式已在课堂教学中获得了广泛好评。为提高物流中心运作管理课程的教学效果,提升学生对物流中心运作策略的体验和领悟程度,设计了可行、有效的体验式实验课程。在教室选取不同区域的课桌为模拟物流中心的多种货架布局,将54张扑克牌作为不同种类的货物,结合物流中心内部库位选择、订单处理、分拣、包装、发货、配送等作业环节采取不同的运作策略,体验物流中心仓储系统的作业优化。基于客户订单资料的分析,体验货位重新分配和客户分级管理的效果。教学实践表明,物流中心体验式课程的实施,大幅提高了学生的听课率,提高了学生自主学习的积极性,和深层学习的主动性。合理有效地运用体验式教学方法,能改善课程的教学效果。Experiential education has received good reputation. To enhance the teaching effectiveness of curriculum of Logistics Center Operation Management,and to improve students 'experiencing and comprehending,a feasible and effective experiential laboratory course is designed. In the classroom,desks in different regions are simulated as racks.54 kinds of playing cards are regarded as different types of cargoes. Various operation strategies are performed in the process of storage slot selection,order processing,sorting,package,delivery,etc. The optimization of storage system operation is experienced. Based on the analyses of customer order materials,effect of storage slot reallocation and customer classification management are experienced. The teaching practice reveals that ratio of students concentrating to teacher is increased; enthusiasm in autonomic learning and initiative in deep learning are both improved. So reasonable and effective utilization of experiencing teaching method could improve the curriculum effectiveness to a certain degree.
