摘 要:基于中国学校体育实施成效一直不容乐观的现实,运用文献资料法,依据角色理论审视中国学校体育,发现其在角色扮演过程中存在角色错位、角色庞杂和角色距离的问题,进而从角色理论的角度分析造成中国学校体育角色问题的主要原因有:角色期望分化、角色认知误差和角色实践落差。且学校体育角色问题和原因之间有着相互对应的逻辑关系,角色认知误差使角色错位成为可能,角色期望泛化使角色庞杂现象呈现,角色实践落差造就了角色距离的现实。因此,从矫正学校体育角色问题的原因,便是解决学校体育角色问题的关键。Based on the reality that the Chinese school physical education implementation has always been not as good as we expected, using the methods of literature, the article mainly studied the primary problems of School Physical Education in China from the Perspective of Role, which are role dislocation, role complexity, and role distance. And then to discuss the causes for these problems, which are role expectation, role cognition, and role practice. And there are a logic relation between the problems and causes. The role cognition causes the mighty of role dislocation, role expectation leads to the role expectation, and role practice resuits in role distance. So correcting the reasons is the key solution to the problem of school physical education in China.
