摘　　要：文章分析了新疆高职院校思政教育中的性别针对性现状,探索出实施差异化的思政理论课授课内容和方式,创新了融入社会性别化的思政教育手段和载体,提升高职院校传统的校园文化内涵,加强新疆高职院校男女大学生的道德法律意识、理想信念、身心健康和就业婚恋观,强化意识形态教育,更好地服务于思政教育工作,促进新疆高职院校学生全面、健康、和谐发展与完善,为新疆的社会稳定和长治久安培养政治素质过硬的技术技能人才。The paper analyzes the status of gender pertinence in the ideological education on students in vocational colleges of Xinjiang Based on the. analysis the author of the paper tends to explore the diversifying teaching contentsand means of the ideological education and create a gender oriented educational method to intensify the moral and legalconsciousness and the ideality faith of college students of different genders.
