摘　　要：对全国范围内的开放大学学习者进行的调查显示,当前我国开放大学学习者的学习环境较好,自我效能感与自我认同度较高,但个体之间学习特征差异较大。基于上述特点,我国国家开放大学学习支持体系的建设应以服务为主,着力于打造个性化培养模式,加强学习支持系统的现代化,为学习者提供优质、便捷、多元的教学资源,更好地为学习者服务。Through the investigation on learners of open universities nationwide, it is found that the learning environment is good, and the self-efficacy and self-identification of learners are higher,but there are large difference in learning characteristics between learners. Based on the above-mentioned characteristics, the construction of learning support system of National Open University should give priority to the service function, focus on building personalized training mode, strengthen the modernization of learning support system, provide quality, convenient and diverse teaching resources for learners, so as to better serve the learners.
