洞庭湖短尖苔草不同部位营养成分含量分析

摘　　要：苔草是洞庭湖湿地生态系统的优势种群之一,苔草群落对于该区域水分平衡、气候环境调节具有重要意义,同时苔草群落还为珍稀鸟类及鱼类提供食物原材料及栖息场所。分别测定洞庭湖短尖苔草地上部分和地下部分粗脂肪、总磷和粗灰分含量,结果表明:短尖苔草地上部分粗脂肪、总磷、粗灰分均含量分别为(17.835 0±0.110 0)、(2.157 0±0.000 6)、(34.100 0±0.173 0)g/kg;地下部分粗脂肪、总磷、粗灰分均含量分别为(8.150±0.090)、(1.668±0.001)、(60.550±0.465)g/kg。地上部分与地下部分粗脂肪、总磷和粗灰分含量均存在极显著差异(P<0.01)。对洞庭湖短尖苔草不同部位粗脂肪、总磷、粗灰分含量的测定,进一步明确了洞庭湖短尖苔草的营养价值,证实了该植物能够为珍稀鸟类及其他动物提供充分的营养,可以成为良好的青草饲料,本研究为短尖苔草提供了基础的数据资料,对洞庭湖湿地动植物保护具有重要意义。Carex brevicuspis is one of the dominant population in the wetland ecosystem of Dongting Lake, and the Carex brevicuspis community is of great significance to the regulation of climate environment and water balance in this region.In the meantime,the Carex brevicuspis community provides the raw materials of food and habitats for the rare birds and fishes. This research had determined the content of crude fat ,total phosphorus and ash of Carex brevicuspis＇ s aerial part and underground part separately,and the result of the research showed that the content of crude fat,total phosphorus and ash of Carex brevicuspis＇s aerial part was（17.835 0±0.110 0）g/kg, （2.157 0±0.000 6）g/kg and （34.100 0±0.173 0）g/kg,respectively; and the content of crude fat, total phosphorus and ash of Carex brevicuspis＇s underground part was （8.150±0.090）g/kg, （1.668±0.001）g/kg and （60.550±0.465）g/kg, respectively. There were significant differences between the content of crude fat,total phosphorus and ash of Carex brevicuspis＇s aerial part and underground part （P〈0.01）. The determine of the different part of Carex brevicuspis＇s crude fat ,total phosphorus and ash＇s content in Dongting Lake had further cleared the nutritional value of Dongting Lake＇s Carex brevicuspis and proved that this kind of plant could provide abundant nutrition for the rare birds and other animals ,and became good green fodder. This research had provided basic data for Carex brevicuspis ,and had great importance to the preservation of the animals and plants in the wetland of Dongting Lake.
