摘 要:近年来中国民营企业破产倒闭现象高发,随着宏观经济形势的变化,民企投资经营失败还将持续出现。本文对3家大型知名企业集团的失败原因进行分析,研究发现:家长式领导中威权领导的延续,促成了决策权力配置集中,易于造成民营企业失败;此外,企业进行非相关多元化发展之后,决策权力配置集中与该模式下更高的知识和决策能力要求相矛盾,也会促成企业失败。威权领导会增加权力等级和权力集聚度,降低决策参与度,促成企业决策权力配置集中,这种集中在企业遭遇发展瓶颈后转向非相关多元化的发展路径时更加明显。本研究从民企领导风格和决策低效失效这一内部视角出发,分析民企失败的原因,为其持续发展提供一定借鉴。Zheshang failures are increasing in recent years. Along with the changes of the situation, the failures will continue. In this paper, analyzing the failures of three typical Zheshang private enterprises, the results suggested that the prevalent leadership style of paternalistic leadership--authoritarian leadership contributed to the centralized distribution of decision-making power, then affected private enterprises' failures; Moreover, when those private enterprises selected unrelated diversification strategy, those results would be strengthen. Because the need of wide spread knowledge and the higher decision-making ability was conflict with the original concentrated decision-making mode. Authoritarian leadership developed the power level and power concentration degree, then reduced the participation of decision-making and centralized decision-making power. This centralization encountered clearly after the enterprise select unrelated diversification strategy when they face bottlenecks. This research analyzed the reasons of Zheshang failures from the internal perspective of the Zheshang leadership style and the principle of decision- making. These results provided a useful guidance for the development of private enterprises.
