摘　　要：通过使用三维运动学测试方法,获得4名优秀男子举重运动员比赛条件下的抓举技术三维运动学参数,根据抓举技术特点划分不同运动阶段,对每阶段运动员与杠铃运动学参数进行研究,探讨运动员抓举过程中踝、膝、髋三个关节角度以及杠铃重心垂直速度随时间变化曲线的规律,揭示优秀举重运动员抓举技术的运动学特点和规律.Using 3D motion analysis method, four male elite weightlifters＇ three dimen- sional kinematics parameter of snatch technique was captured, According to the characteristics of snatch technique divided into different stages, Research on each stage of the athletes and the bar- bell kinematics parameters, the law of ankle joint angle, knee joint angle, hip joint angle and the center vertical velocity of barbell with change of time curve were analyzed, the characteristics and laws of male elite weightlifter＇s snatch technique are pointed out.
