摘　　要：高职院校人才培养工作是一个复杂的有机体,各系统、各部门、各项工作、各方人员之间都有着复杂的联系和影响,反映学校办学客观状态的数据十分庞大。为此,迫切需要基于数据平台研究开发高等职业院校人才培养质量指标体系,从理论上厘清高等职业教育人才培养质量的形成规律,并为质量评价提供实际的参照系。The talents training of higher vocational college is a complex organism, because complex connections and influences exist among each system, department, work item and each personnel. The data base showing the school＇s running status is huge, therefore it is urgent to develop the talents training index system based on the data platform, so that the formation law of talents training can be clarified and practical reference can be provided for quality as- sessment.
