摘 要:我们以卓越工程师教育培养为目标,结合化工智能仪表的发展现状,延伸和拓展了化工基础实验教学设备上涉及的化工智能仪表教学内容,在引导学生学习智能仪表常见故障分析和智能仪表故障检修方法、开设化工仿真等方面进行了一些有益的探索。实践表明,这些探索丰富了化工基础实验的教学内容,为实验教学改革提供了一条新思路,有助于提高学生的理论水平和工程实践能力,并在培养学生工程实践创新能力方面取得了良好成效。To foster excellent engineer, considering the current situation of chemical intelligent instru ments, we extend and expand the chemical intelligent instruments teaching content which is involved in basic chemical engineering teaching instruments. We have made some profitable explorations and prac tices in the terms of leading students to learn the common malfunction analysis and fault correction in chemical intelligent instruments as well as the establishment of chemical simulation. Practice indicates that this enriches the teaching content of basic chemical engineering experiments and it provides the re form of experimental teaching with new ideas. It is beneficial to improve theoretical level and engineering practice ability as well as foster students" accomplishment in engineering. In addition, it has a good a ehievement in training students' ability of the engineering practice and innovation .
