摘　　要：随着我国对外贸易的长足发展,对高校国际贸易专业人才培养提出了更高的要求。校企合作是一种注重在校学习与企业实践、利用学校与企业两种资源、进行信息共享的"双赢"模式。文中探讨了当前的校企合作人才培养模式存在的问题,就如何发挥国际贸易专业校企合作优势,如何实施国际贸易专业人才新型培养模式以及大力提升专业教师素质等展开分析。With the rapid development of China＇s foreign trade, enterprises put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of international trade majors. School enterprise cooperation is a ＂win-win＂ model which focuses on school and enterprise practice. This paper discusses the problems existing in the training mode of school enterprise cooperation. And make analysis on how to play the advantages of the international trade in the enterprise, how to implement the new cultivating mode of international trade professionals, and to improve the quality of professional teachers.
