摘 要:目的探讨食品卫生检验中LAMP法检测沙门菌属的实际应用效果。方法将153份食品样品分别通过LAMP法和分离培养法检测沙门菌,比较两组阳性检出率。结果 LAMP法阳性检出率(14.38%)高于分离培养法(7.84%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组阳性符合率为83.33%(10/12),阴性符合率为91.49%(129/141),差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论 LAMP法应用于食品中沙门菌检测具有快捷、方便、阳性检出率高、结果准确等优点,值得推广。Objective to investigate the detection method of Salmonella LAMP food hygiene inspection in the actual appli-cation effect. Methods 153 food samples were separated by LAMP method and culture method for detection of Salmonella, the positive detection rate was compared between the two groups. Results The lamp method positive rate (14.38%) is higher than the separation of culture method (7.84%), was statistically significant (P〈0.05);two groups the positive coincidence rate was 83.33% (10/12), the negative coincidence rate was 91.49% 129/141 without statistical significance (P〉0.05). Conclu-sion The lamp method was used in checking test of Salmonella in foods is a fast, convenient, the positive detection rate is high, the result is accurate and is worthy to be popularized.
