摘　　要：中日商务洽谈过程中,由于语用偏误从而导致交际失败的案例屡见不鲜。针对这一现象,从语用偏误的种类、分布、特征进行科学的分类和解析,并从认知语境的视角对其原因进行深入研究,在此基础上提出减少语用偏误的策略。It is very common that pragmatic failures have caused numerous communicative failures in the process of China -Japan Business negotiations. The author has scientifically classified the kinds, dis- tribution and characteristics of the pragmatic failures, and made an in - depth study of it from the cogni- tive context perspective, and finally presented countermeasures for pragmatic failures.
