摘　　要：大学化学实验是高校化学类专业的基础课程。大学化学实验课程开设的质量将直接关系到人才培养的水平。从大学化学实验教学功能与运行机制、大学化学实验教学深化改革和大学化学实验教学运行机制的实践三个方面探讨了地方普通高校大学化学实验教学的基本规律和运行机制。通过整合大学化学实验内容、明确大学化学实验培养目标、激发实验教师的教改积极性与提升其整体水平和不断改善实验教学条件,来实现大学化学实验机制的良好运行。University Chemistry Experiment is the foundation course in chemical specialties of colleges and universities. The quality of the University Chemistry Experiment may directly concern the level of talent cultivation. From the three aspects including instructional function and operating mechanism of University Chemistry Experiment,deepening reform of University Chemistry Experiment and the practice of operating mechanism of University Chemistry Experiment,the basic rules and operating mechanism of University Chemistry Experiment in local colleges were explored. The operating mechanism of University Chemistry Experiment can be operated effectively via integrating the contents of University Chemistry Experiment,figuring out the train objective of University Chemistry Experiment,motivating the educational reform initiative and increasing the integrated level of experiment teachers and improving the teaching conditions.
