师范院校应用化学专业复合型人才的创新培养研究

摘　　要：强调了国家政府对创新和复合型人才的要求。针对师范院校应用化学专业培养中存在的问题,提出吉林师范大学应用化学专业的培养目标是集知识、素质、能力为一体,融教育、科研、应用为一身的综合性创新人才,并通过课程体系的优化、教学方式的创新、实践能力的强化等新的培养思路来实现。通过优化学术梯队结构、创新考核评价体系、建立科研竞赛奖励机制,构建复合型人才的创新培养机制,为社会需要的复合型创新人才的培养打下了坚实的基础。Firstly, the national government requirements for innovation and inter- disciplinary talents were emphasized. With the existing problems in the cultivation of applied chemistry major in normal college,the cultivating target of applied chemistry in Jilin Normal University was presented,which was integrating knowledge,quality and ability,education,scientific research,the application for a comprehensive innovation talent,and this target would be realized through the new cultivating thought of optimization of curriculum system,innovation of teaching methods and reinforcement of practical ability. The innovative cultivating mechanism of inter- disciplinary talents were built through optimization of the structure of academic echelon,innovation of the evaluation system,establishment of scientific competition reward mechanism,which proposed solid foundation for cultivation of inter- disciplinary and innovative talents needed by society.
