论家族企业血缘管理模式的弊端与对策

摘　　要：家族企业是一种较为古老的企业形式，其血缘管理模式存在着严重的弊端，如家长独裁、用人唯亲、产权封闭等，这些都极大地妨碍了家族企业的发展。家族企业要想实现永续性经营，就必须进行改制，调整其产权结构，改变其管理方式，建立有效的权力监督机制和选人用人机制，另外，还需要国家为其改制创造一个良好的制度环境。The family enterprise is a comparatively ancient enterprise form,but there are many serious flaws,in its management pattern based on blood relationship,such as paternalism,close property right,appointing people by favoritism, etc,which have prevented the development of ramily entetprises ser iously.If a family entetprise wants to develop permanently,it must reform its system,and adjust its structure of property right ,and change the way of management ,and establ ish effective mechanisms of power supervision and appiontment,in addition,the co unty must create a good system condition for its reform.
