基于校企协同的高职学生创新创业能力培养的路径研究

摘　　要：在国家大力倡导万众创新、全民创业的形势下,高职学生的创新创业能力培养十分重要,而校企协同与高职学生创新创业能力培养的目标和要求相契合。本文针对目前存在的校企协同培养理念落后、内在动力不足、深度与运行机制不足、教师行业背景和实践经历的缺乏等瓶颈,提出了确立校企协同下创业能力培养的目标定位,共同制定教学计划及开发创新创业课程体系,建设优秀的师资团队,探索校企协同创新创业人才培养模式和保障机制,打造校企协同下创新创业能力培养的文化体系的路径。In the highly national avocation of innovation and entrepreneurship, vocational students＇ innovative entrepreneurship culture is very important. The target of school-enterprise collaboration is in accordance with the requirement of training vocational students＇ innovative entrepreneurship. Aiming at the problems of the backward training idea, weak inherent motivation, lack of depth and operation mechanism, and insufficient teaching profession background and practical experiences, the paper proposes the target of joint training, the joint development of planning and curriculum, the establishment of excellent teaching staff, and the exploration of training mode and guarantee mode of the school-enterprise collaboration, creating a path of innovation and entrepreneurship in the cultural system of school-enterprise cooperation.
