学校组织创新气氛对中学体育教师创新行为的影响

摘　　要：采用整群分层抽样法对575名中学体育教师实施问卷调查,使用结构方程模型探讨学校组织创新气氛、心理资本与创新行为的关系。结果表明:学校组织创新气氛、心理资本和教师的创新行为之间呈正相关;学校组织创新气氛对中学体育教师创新行为有显著的正向影响;心理资本在学校组织创新气氛与中学体育教师创新行为间起完全中介作用。研究建议学校在营造支持创新环境气氛的同时,更要关注提升体育教师的心理资本水平,以提升体育教师的创新能力,促进创新行为的产生。Stratified sampling method for 575 middle school PE teachers to implement the survey,using structural equation modeling to investigate the school organizational climate for innovation, relationship psychological capital and innovation behavior.The results show that：school organizational innovation climale,a positive correlation between psychological capital and innovative behavior of teachers^school organizational innovation climate has a significant positive effect on middle school PE teacher innovative behaviorl psychological capital in the school organization innovation climate and middle school PE teacher innovative behavior between fully mediated.Research suggested that schools in a supportive atmosphere of innovation at the same time, but also pay attention to enhance the sports teacher and mental capital levels to enhance innovation ability of PE teachers,promoting generate innovative behavior.
