摘　　要：研究了半环上矩阵的双加权广义Moore-Penrose逆。获得了半环上矩阵双加权广义Moore-Penrose逆存在的充要条件及其结构形式。同时讨论了半环上矩阵双加权广义Moore-Penrose逆的唯一性问题。In the paper, the bi-weighted generalized Moore-Penrose inverse of the matrices over a semiring are explored. Some necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence and the expression of the bi- weighted generalized Moore-Penrose inverses of the matrices over a semiring are given. Also, the uniqueness of the bi-weighted generalized Moore-Penrose inverses are discussed.
