摘　　要：本研究是在生态视角下进行反思性学习培训的实证研究,旨在探讨生态化反思性学习培训模型的可行性及必要性。实证研究证明生态化反思性学习培训能够促进构建和谐的生态外语学习环境,帮助教师因材施教,提高学生的反思性学习能力及英语学习水平。From the ecological perspective, an empirical study on reflective learning was implemented to explore the necessity and feasibility of the ecological model of the training of reflective learning. The results indicated that the model contributed to the construction of an ecological learning environment of foreign languages, the assistance to individualized teaching, and the improvement of students＂ reflective learninz ability and English nroficiencv.
